Ornate Pedestal - Salzburg Cathedral, Austria

This photogrammetry scan captures a section of an ornate pedestal discovered at the entrance of Salzburg Cathedral, Austria. The intricate architectural detail features classical cherubic figures flanking a central heraldic design. The weathered stone texture and subtle carvings make this an ideal historical and artistic asset for virtual environments.

Captured using a Nikon Z6II with a 105mm macro lens, the scan was processed in Reality Capture for high-fidelity 3D reconstruction. Optimization was handled in InstaLOD for efficient use in various applications, and texturing was completed in InstaMAT to bring out the realistic material properties. The final model was cleaned and rendered in Blender.

This asset is part of my ongoing project to develop a comprehensive library of high-quality, geographically specific 3D assets for game development, filmmaking, and immersive experiences. It will be available on my upcoming digital asset platform.
