Approaching historical projects such as the infamous BF109 are a delight for me. Not only I was interested in the history behind the aircraft but also I enjoyed modelling every bit of it. Searching for references brings you to uncharted territory. You stumble upon many historical information which will increase you motivation. Without it, you can forget even starting the project. Also had a lot a fun making the fire sim in Houdini.
